Will the person receive my messages once their account has been suspended?

If you try to send a message to a suspended account, you'll receive a prompt saying, "We have temporarily suspended the other party's account, they cannot send replies at this time." Indicating that the recipient is temporarily unable to reply, but can normally receive the messages you send.
