我们在寻找一名行政专员/助理,工作职责分为两部分:为公司各部门提供行政支持和协助学习服务部的课程制作工作。

工作内容:

- 负责处理行政日常事务,组织协调费用报销及会议等工作;

负责公司办公环境维护管理、后勤保障以及办公用品和资产配置管理;

公司对外联络、接待和公共关系工作的服务和协调;

- 协助策划组织公司企业文化活动;

- 上级交办的其他事宜;

- 协助课程制作:根据课程需求寻找合适图片并剪裁,将现有的课程内容输入至内部课程管理系统以及协助课程录音和发布新课程所需的工作等。

 

任职要求:

- 英语听说和阅读能力较好,英语能作为工作语言;

- 全日制大学专科以上学历;

- 熟练使用offcie软件并能学习新的工作软件;

- 具备良好的沟通能力及组织协调能力,责任心强,具备较强的服务意识和团队意识;

- 主动学习,善于提问题,按照要求和标准完成工作任务;

- 可考虑2019届全职实习生。

Job description:


HelloTalk is seeking a Chinese Localization Manager to coordinate the localization and translation of a range of digital English learning products for the Chinese market. Applicants should have a high standard of English ability, familiarity with digital learning products, be sensitive to user experience, and have English teaching experience.

 

Key responsibilities:

- Plan and execute localization for digital learning products on HelloTalk, according to set standards or in collaboration with product owners

- Translate English text to Chinese, maintaining style standards and consistency

- Be responsible for the quality and clarity of the localized content

- Create style guides and maintain schedules and documentation to support the process

 

Professional qualifications and skills:

- University degree

- English teaching or translation major (preferable)

- Fluency in English, native-level Chinese

- Able to use a range of styles and tones to translate English texts into Chinese

- Detail-oriented

- Open to feedback
