Why can't I search for members nearby even though I have paid for VIP membership?

2) Please confirm whether you can use other VIP features (e.g. 3 learning languages) or if it is just the nearby function that isn't working correctly
3) Please check if you have enabled location settings in your phone settings

Android: Settings > Apps or Apps & Notifications > HelloTalk > Permission
