There are no convenient miracles, and you can’t achieve your ideal body overnight. Even without anyone praising you, you have to keep putting in steady effort. What you build through that effort gives you courage, strengthens your confidence, and reminds you of the true value of habits and persistence. Isn’t that what life itself is all about? I lost my dreams, hopes, and all the efforts I had continued up to that point. But after allowing myself to grieve, I began to fight again. Without the knowledge I gained as a physical therapist, and the training theories and nutrition science I relentlessly pursued during that time—through trial and error—I probably wouldn’t be alive today.
