I manage a parenting support service. For example, we run playgroups which are programs where parents and children come to play together; we support parents with parenting concerns; we run parenting courses and we also have a kindergarten. We have staff such as child health nurses, psychologists, and social workers working together. I miss Japan. I especially miss Japanese food. Fortunately, I can get a lot of my favourite food in Australia. Some of it isn't made in Japan, but it is still delicious. Also, there are a lot of good Japanese restaurants in Cairns. But we don't really have traditional food. Our food is influenced by various cultures. When I cook, I usually make Asian food, but I don't use a recipe. This year Easter is in April. I like Easter Egg chocolate more than normal chocolate. Somehow the taste is different. A Japanese group and a local group participated in the performance. It was awesome! Then, on Sunday I went to the beach. The name of this beach is Bramston Beach. It is one hour south of Cairns. The Iris flowers at Horikiri Shobuen were really pretty. But I think Rokugien was my favourite garden. I love Japanese gardens! I went to see the old town, Kita-in and Naka-in. Kura no Machi was interesting. Tlhe garden and Naka-in was pretty. I was there from midday until 10pm. There were many good musicians. For example G Flip, Billie Eilish and Hilltop Hoods. I enjoyed watching G Flip and Hilltop Hoods. I attend this festival every year.
